Responsibilities and duties
- Conveyancing (Residential & Commercial)
On graduating high school, I commenced work in a small legal firm in Brisbane City. After some years, I relocated to the ACT and then to New South Wales, returning to Brisbane in 1997.
I joined Gill & Lane in 2006 with a wealth of legal experience including Conveyancing, Old System Title in the ACT and NSW, Personal Injury, Banking & Finance, Shipping & Insurance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment & Industrial Relations and many other areas over the years.
I have a broad range of skills and experience in residential conveyancing. My experience allows me to work through complex matters efficiently to ensure the matter runs smoothly to obtain the best result for our clients.
I believe that purchasing any property, particularly your own home, is one of the most important transactions in a person’s life. I will walk you through all the steps required from the signing of your contract to the successful completion of the purchase.
I pride myself on offering a personalised customer experience and ensuring that each of my clients is comfortable and understand the process of their individual transaction. I am dedicated to ensure that my clients’ best interests are put first and foremost.
I am particularly proud I have had numerous clients over the years provide me with favourable comments of how I assisted them throughout their matter and how they have returned to use my services again.
I am a mother of a 20yo son, of whom I am extremely proud.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, travel and camping.
I am a Commissioner of Declarations and can assist with the witnessing and certification of documents.
